Parties
This contract is concluded electronically between AEROVIA Transfer ("Service Provider") operating within the YUSEM GROUP providing the service on the one hand and the person/institution purchasing the transfer service via www.aeroviavip.com ("Buyer") on the other hand.
Scope of Contract
The subject of this contract is the provision of the transfer service that the Buyer orders electronically through the website of the Service Provider, the departure and destination points and the vehicle type to be used (VIP Sedan, VIP Vito, Sprinter, etc.) and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
Performance of the Service and Obligations
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide services on the date, time and route specified by the Buyer, with vehicles suitable for the selected vehicle class, periodically maintained, with TÜRSAB and the necessary transportation documents.
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the flight number, number of passengers, baggage information and contact information reported during the reservation. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any malfunctions arising from the provision of incomplete or incorrect information.
- In case of operational obligations or force majeure (accident, severe weather conditions, etc.), the Service Provider reserves the right to perform the service with a vehicle of the same or higher segment.
